Loved the wonderful gulf view. |

We really enjoyed our stay. The view was wonderful and we loved seeing the gulf from the kitchen, living room and our bedroom. The bedspread could use replacing and the sliding glass door needs to be replaced as well. Other than that it was clean when we got there and had everything we needed. Thank you for your prompt assistance when we needed it. You were right on it when we needed you. Thank you.

All in all great time at Seagull Villas condo 3. Master bedroom DVD player does not work but just used the one in the living room. Had a great vacation with great memories...

| Enjoyed our stay at seagull beach villas - beaches were very quiet |

Seagull apratments was a nice place to stay beautiful with what appeared to be rather updated. Very clean and comfortable. Check in was easy since passcode for lock was given to us prior to arrival so we didn't have to go and check in at the office - "You can really appreciate the easy check-in after driving for over 8 1/2 hours from North Georgia area". Air conditioner was not working properly and when I reported it to management and they sent out repairman within a couple of hours. Would definitely vacation here again next time. No crowded resort condo area, and the beaches were really nice on this part of Panama City, Fl. Only downside was - no pool for the complex...

My family's vacation was great. This rental was a very nice location. Big rooms and decks.
Just a few little things made me feel like a college group may have rented it at one time, because the living area drapes need replaced. There was a water leak on the kichen ceiling, plaster bubble. The master bedroom bathroom shower head needs replaced. The sliding screens on both slider doors where not even mounted, just sitting one deck area. Over all, the rental was nice and I'd rent again for sure. The company, Vacation Place Rentals, I worked with was very helpful. |

Had a wonderful time. The townhome was comfortable & had everything we needed (pots, pans,linens, beach chairs, and large screen t.v.s in all the bedrooms and living rooms, etc.). Staying beachfront was really great! The only thing that was disappointing was there was no pool. Did like the fact there was wireless internet to send photos. Also, the sheer curtains on the sliding doors should be replaced with something that would give a little more privacy. But overall would rent here again.

My husband, Lyle, and I rented Sea Gull Villa #3 through VACATION PLACE RENTALS in Panama City last spring and really liked it. I talked with Nathan several times and he was very friendly and helpful. I am not sure if this will go to him, but I did like working with him. We are thinking of doing something again this spring at that location. We are retired so have some flexibility in our timing, but are looking for about 7 days somewhere between March 25 and April 8. Is there a time in there that would be an option and what would the price be? I believe we have a letter that indicates we would get a 5% discount too, for coming back JJ. |

First time to Panama Beach.The place was beautiful and the weather was to.We seen dolphins everyday twice out of the bedroom glass doors .We have 2 small dogs and they had a little bit of running room and bathroom room where they really didn't have to get in the sand. It was quiet but just down the road from everything. We hope to visit again.Thanks for a relaxing time we needed it together. |

Thanks for the great weekly rate as we really found it a good price and great place on the beach. We enjoyed our time with the little ones -Tyler and Amanda. The Beach was beautiful as always...We come down every other year to Panama City Beach, florida and always look forward to our visits...Truly "The World's Most Beautiful Beaches". We would recommend Seagull Villas to our friends and family.

Not an easy place to find. Just got a new navigation system and it had me at least 3 miles from where I needed to go but finally got there!
We all loved the keyless entry and not having to keep up with keys. Vacation Rentals was very easy to work with and helped us a lot in with our questions. We truly want to move and live in Panama City Florida... May be one day! Till then save a spot on the Beach for us.

Overall, it was a great stay and I've been going to the beach for 25 years (starting as a teenager and now bringing my own son). The only complaint I have is that there needs to be a sectional sofa in the living room as there is not much seating at all. I will definitely come back to stay here again and again. |
